About Us
Hazel Heights opened as a new P-Patch community garden on March 21st 2010. We are located at NW 42nd St and Baker Ave NW in Fremont. Our land is owned by the P-Patch Trust.
Our site features a giant rainwater-collecting concrete cistern and great sunset views of the Olympic mountains. We have 18 individual plots and a Giving Garden/Food Bank plot. We are also home to a newly established beehive.
